Shipping & Delivery
Where do we ship?
We ship to the U.S., Canada, EU countries, Japan, Australia, South Korea, and some other regions.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 3–30 business days. Orders from our warehouses in the U.S., U.K., France, Germany, Italy, Spain, or Japan typically arrive in 3–7 business days. Other regions may take a bit longer.
Is shipping included?
Orders over $15 automatically get free shipping. No extra fees if you qualify.
How do we ship your order?
We work with Amazon Logistics to make sure your order gets to you safely. They’ll pick the best carrier for your area.
How can you track your order?
You can track your order while it’s being processed and after it leaves the FBA warehouse. Check your Amazon account under “Orders.”
Can you change your shipping address?
Sorry, we can’t change the address once your order has shipped. Make sure all info is correct before placing your order.
Orders & Returns
How do you cancel an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, you have 4 hours to cancel. Contact us ASAP so we can check and process it.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund.
Can you place bulk orders?
Yes! We welcome bulk orders — just email us for details.
Product Issues
What if the order says delivered but you haven’t received it?
Check your mailbox and nearby areas within 24 hours. Ask neighbors or family members if they signed for it.
What if you got the wrong item?
