Return Requirements

  1. The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
  2. Return shipping for non-quality-related issues is the buyer’s responsibility.

Claims Process

  3. Resolution: We’ll arrange a replacement with a refurbished or brand-new equivalent product.
  4. Warranty Continuation: The replacement will carry the remaining original warranty or a 3-month warranty, whichever is longer.

Special Conditions

  1. Warranty is valid only in the country of original purchase.
  2. Claims must be completed within 90 days of the initial request.
  3. For international returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
